DVC and MC Case Filling counter
The wife filed a false 498A case, DVC and Maintenance Case in the month of April-2022. Marriage Date: 27-08-2021 She left her maternal home along with her father saying that She is not interested in matrimonial life with me on 2-1-2022 with her belongings gold and dress. DVC & MC Queries: I am working in a private MNC company, and My wife (mca) was working at the time of marriage. Now, looks like she has resigned. And She is asking for Maintenance of 40 thousand rupees per month. I have aged parents who are suffering from various ailments and medicine expenses both Auryveda and English which is around 20 thousand rupees per month. I have the interest to be paid for a loan taken for marriage which is around 30K per month. They are projecting my salary as 1.2 Lakhs, I am not earning that much. Will the court ask me to submit my salary slips? How to counter their false statement about my salary without giving the salary slip? DVC: Now she is saying she didn't take gold

Inorder to prove you salary the court will ask for the income affidavit and also if not satisfied then you need to submit the proper salary slip before the court and the same will be asked by the wfie too and then the court upon looking each minute details will decide the aamount of the maintenanace that you need to provide.
