Fake Domestic violance case filed by wife
Because very small reason which is that i dont give her proper time. She goes back to his house and file FIR in police than after 4,5 dates outcome is nothing. So she filled a case against me in court. Inbetween this process, i got my study visa and came to australia. Its been 3 and half years that case run in court. So my question is that if i go back to india for month or 2 month. Is they create any trouble when i wana come back to australia. Are they applying for any stay that stops me travelling overseas?? Please help me
It is to be noted that a case has been pending against you in India and that summons have been issues against you, you might face trouble with regard to the procedural formalities.
