Do I need to hire a high court lawyer on 498A FIR quashing petition filed by the respondents or the Public Prosecutor would take care of my case?

The Public Prosecutor's main responsibility is to defend the state, not the individual complainant, it may be advantageous to hire a private attorney in a 498A FIR quashing petition, especially one with experience in high court hearings. The Public Prosecutor will support the prosecution's case and fight on behalf of the state, but they might not cover every aspect from your point of view.
