Fixed Deposits Made on Wife's Name
I made around 6 Fixed Deposits on my wife's name between the years 2006 to 2008. Have Proof for all sources of fund from my own earning & transfer receipts from banks / money exchanges of SBI. Can I legally claim the Deposits in full or share them? I am 70+ aged and finding difficulty in earning to support living. Though we live separately for the past 12 or more years we are not divorced legally.
