My son married in India Mumbai. After marriage my son and his wife shifted to US for job. Now they want divorce from US. Is this divorce valid in India? If not what is the procedure to validate it in India. Or. Is it necessary to take divorce only in India since party married in India? Pl. Provide your valuable advice.
