How can a husband take divorce from his wife?
I got married on 2020. But within 2 years 3 times preg. was aborted.Before the4th conception only she was diagnoised with ANA positive which is an auto immunity disorder and it cant be cured. But the Doctors( Immunologist/OG) suggested to take Heparin to avoid abortn. But This time too it was aborted.Meanwhile I spent almost 6 lakhs for her medication alone. So far her parents not spent even a single penny for her. Her family started to blame me for her disease. The anticlimax was my wife too joined with them. After that I came to know that they too knew abt her health condition, they hid it. Really it hurted me a lot. I spent for her almost what i earn. But she didnt think of it.Now I want to divorce her. Whether this incurable disease can be used for getting divorce from her? This is also a life threatening one.I have read that length of marriage decieds that. Is that true?
