How can I cancel my maintenance order in CrPC?
Hi Sir, currently i am under going matrimonial cases under section 13 (filed by me), section 9 ( file by my wife after section 13), DV case 125 crpc. (filed by my wife) My first order is release for interim maintenance (124) for section 9 legal proceedings. I have submitted that order original copy for my section 13 case to inform that already interim maintenance order is released but later again additional order release for Maintenance. Currently my DV case with maintenance case 125 crpc is in progress, i need help and advice how i further proceed to stop maintenance in 125 crpc.
