How can I defend myself against a fake dowry and domestic violence case?
How can my brother (muslim) file for divorce if his wife has filed DV, dowry case against him and his family in women cell. How can the parents stop her from entering home? Brother lives in Saudi.

Sir, if you believe that the complaint registered by your wife is false you can file an application under Section 227 stating that the 498A case filled by your wife is false. You cannot stop her from coming to your house till she is married to her husband if the house belongs to her husband until you have a legal ground to stop her.
