How can I file a case against my in-laws for harassment and torture?
Hi, I married 3 years ago, I am staying with my hus, Mil, Sil(she filed false DV cases on her hus;case is going on).Mil daily abuses me, demands me to stay away from my parents. hus always says me to listen to his mom & sis After I became pregnant, my mil demanded that I give my baby to my sil as adoption.My mil threatens me that if I don't listen to her,her son will divorce me & file false cases on me & my family(my father, bro & sis).My hus's family has a friend lawyer who helps them to file cases 9 months ago,i came to my parents home for delivery.I gave birth to a boy,my hus & family came to the hospital to see the child. They spoke with me some times on phone.we asked them to come to our home to discuss about all the issues,mil insists that we don't come,asked me to come to their home with my child & leave my family forever,they stopped calling me and blocked all numbers.it has already been 6 months.If I go to my hus's home,they will take my baby & use me as a maid.What should I do ?
