How can I file a divorce and get custody of my child?

Hi, I am fed up of my wife's accusations and blackmailing on daily basis. I stay away from home and my wife makes it a habit to scold my daughter and say things like, you should die, to my daughter, who is 3 years old. I can't put up with her behaviour and would want a full custody of my daughter with minimal or no contact with my wife after the divorce. Also, I don't want to pay any alimony or sustenance allowance or any money to her after the divorce. I had purchased a flat on both our names and I want that to be on my name only or on my daughter's name. How should I proceed?
