Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 ke Section 13(1)(i) ke anusar, agar husband ya wife ek dusre se alag rehte hue 1 years se zyada guzar chuka ho, to koi bhi spouse ek tarfa divorce ke liye application de sakta hai.
