How can I file for mutual divorce?
I got court marriage in April 2023. The groom is not taking any step to take me to his home. After legal marriage he also asked for 4 lakhs for his business, which I denied and he won’t allow me to do job after social marriage. I lost trust on him. Can’t stay with person like him. Now I want mutual divorce. As one year is not completed of court marriage can I file for divorce?
