How can I get a divorce if my wife is mentally harassing me?

Wife has been violent, aggressive for years. We had serious compatibility issues but continued due to family pressure and her father also stayed with us. Once her father died 4 years back, she started pressing to move to Canada. I did not want to and had fights around it. We have been living separately for over a year. She has now moved to Canada and her brother is threatening for alimony. She has taken money and belongings and pressurising me to leave my parents and move to Canada. I want a divorce as soon as possible as her relatives will file for false cases. Please help.
