Contact a lawyer. A lawyer can advise you on your legal rights and options. File a police report. Filing a police report will create a record of the allegations against you.Gather evidence to support your innocence. This could include witness statements, phone records, and text messages.Be prepared to cooperate with the police investigation. This includes providing them with any evidence you have and answering their questions honestly.  Contact us for further enquiry.
