How can I make my marriage null and void legally?

Hello, I’m French and live in France. I married with an Indian in Hathras in India. He lives in Delhi in Tagore garden. He cheated with me and he was interested by visa and money. He created a fake wedding card, made me sign some documents to get the registered marriage certificate. We never had a religious ceremony. We also don't have the same religion, he is Hindu and I am Muslim and I recently learned that the marriage is on Hindu act so it's not legal. Can you help me to do this marriage null and void? I cannot come to India because my father has cancer.

Ma’am, if your marriage was performed under Hindu laws but you are a Muslim and did not intend to marry under those laws so this could be grounds to challenge the validity of the marriage. You can seek annulment by proving fraud, misled consent, and lack of a religious ceremony matching your faith. It is advised to consult an expert lawyer who will assist you to file a petition for annulment of marriage. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
