How can I prove a false 498A dowry case?

My wife has lodged complaint u/s 498a, 406, 34 of IPC under influence of her parents. she doesn't stay with me at my place. i have applied and taken bail accordingly. it is an out an out false and baseless case and they even know it. now my question is can i file case u/s 120b and 182 of ipc or should i go for CrPC 482 for quasing the case in High Court?

If the complaint prima facie reveals that there is no case, you can file Discharge Petition before Trial Court. If not you were discharged, then you can file Quash petition before Concern High Court.
