How can I prove in the court that my spouse is involved into black magic?

How to prove in the court that, my spouse is involved into black magic / superstition activities or bewitchment to control her husband and family. I have some electronics evidences but there is no legal way to present them in the court. Will court accept the evidences where in my spouse is clearly talking about superstition and in some cases planning to either "control" or "murder me " by putting something in my food ( chanted/ mantra) etc. She is meeting such people who are asking her to perform some rituals / tantrik-vidhi etc. on me. Can I request court to allow me to record the evidences that can be produced in the court at the later stage if needed ?

If you have any reason to believe your spouse poses a physical threat to you or your family, your immediate priority should be safety. You can File a police complaint, If you have recordings of your spouse discussing potentially harmful rituals or threats against you, these could be considered relevant evidence if obtained legally.
