How can I stop a family member from harassing me?

I've been trying to leave my abusive family since i was 18, i went to local thaana for protection and asking for my documents which parents had, so i could move out. SHO and other cops with my father and maternal uncle falsely accused me of mental illness, so they could make me look stupid and keep me at home(2021),they gave me mind medications in my food without my consent for 6 months,which destroyed my health(mental and physical), ive raised many complaints(2023) even met dcp but complaints come circulating to thaana and they make the final report, this time to prove me wrong and fire back against complaints they with the help of their freinds in gmch, and thaana ,took me to a mental asylum and kept me their, nothing major came in doctors report ,im living in their home but need them to disown me or if i could separate from them permanantly, my experience is quite different but please help, its pure blackmail
