How can we get a mutual divorce?

I am from Kerala and is married to a North Indian boy from Delhi. After marriage I am unable to adjust with the in laws and family because I feel there is a lot of controlling of our personal lives by the in laws and also the mother in law comments how I don’t deserve this marriage and many similar things.I feel lonely and left out.My mother is a single parent and I am a single daughter , I am not even clear about how to take care of my mother.I asked my husband to stay separately so that we get space and can live life better for which he is not agreeing most of the times a discussion ends in major fights.Mentally I am exhausted now and it is extremely stressful for me to continue this marriage. Will mutual divorce be granted ?

Respected Maam, For mutual divorce, both husband and wife's consent is essential. However, if you choose, you can file for unilateral divorce, asserting your decision alone. Our legal team can guide you through either process, ensuring your rights are protected. Feel free to reach out for personalized assistance.
