How is alimony decided in a divorce?

I have completed 4 years of my marriage. I stayed in my in laws house for four months. I been through with lot of cruelty there. After 2.5 years of divorce case finally my husband came in the court. Now he is saying he is not working, he does not have phone. All things are rubbish. I don't have his employee code where his cabs runs. I do not how to take out that details ? That was my first question. Second judge made him ex parties as well. How will i get divorce and alimony from him, because he clearly said divorce le money i will not give you at all. I am basically keeping unwell since covid time. Now i am suffering with Gulcoma, in which i a loosing my eye sight slowly. I am a patient of hydrocephalus. Its a kind of brain tumor. I have tremors also. In this condition i can't work but still in these four years neither he came to bring me back nor he gave a single penny for my expenses and treatment. How will i get divorce and alimony from him ?
