How should I deal with a mother who tortures me a lot?

Iam a 24 year old girl. My mother is showing symptoms of mental illness. She has delusions and hallucinations and accuses me of doing things I haven't done which is why she has kept me locked at home since the last one year. She behaves normally but if I try to leave the house she becomes violent. The problem is she behaves like normal person so nobody can tell she does these things at home.i have videos of her hallucinating. My father will not get her treatment. What legal action can I take because iam suffering hell due to this. Also iam locked up at home
