How to deal with erectile dysfunction in a marriage?

Hello all I am 27 years aged male.I have been suffering from anxiety disorder and recently diagnosed with Erectile dysfunction.Within three months am going to get married.Doctors advised me to go ahead as these are common problems and are easily treatable.They also suggested not to reveal anxiety issues before marriage as people may not be aware of the exact issue.I am doing good job and doing good in life too.My only worry is that if reveal all this to girl after marriage will she be able to file divorce and sue me mentioning that I had cheated her.Doctors were laughing and not to think much about this as these are common issues.Please suggest what to do.
