How to deal with false DV and maintenance case?
My wife has filed a false DV and maintainance case on me , I have ample statements and recording to prove this case false which i have quoted and submitted with the reply recently. My lawyer also took income asset affidavit from me and submitted it with my ITR , He was/is insisting on submitting bank statement for one year (i did not give it) where as complainant has not even submitted the income asset affidavit yet. Lawyer said that the other party and court objected to me not submitting the bank statement. Is he playing fowl and colluding with other party? I am in punjab and the case is in haryana so i did not visit personally , reply was filed by lawyer
