How to dismiss interim maintenance order in high court

Hello Sir/Madam, I do not have any property on my name and no job and no kids. I have been fighting against the crpc 125 maintenance case filed by wife since 2018. but recently judge did not gave chance for oral arguments and directly allowed the petition and ordered 15000/-per month since stating from 2018. My concern's are: 1: What is the chances of getting stay order on interim maintenance order and validity of stay order. 2. Is it possible to Extend the stay order again and again. 3. I came to know willfully living separate without proper reason does not allow for maintenance. But in my case i have 3 -legal notices which was returned back to me. Is it possible to dismiss this maintenance order in high court as i am not employed and not deserted her. My only concern is even though i have sufficient evidence, Court ordered the maintenance without giving chance for arguments. Kindly reply with your valuable suggestions.
