How to get contested divorce in India?

My Girlfriend's parents are forcing her to marry some other guy, but we don't want to separate. As of now, We have tried every possible way to convince her parents but they are not ready to listen. She is being pressurized for marriage and may b in coming months she will get married to some another person. But the thing is we don't want to giveup, so can she file for divorce as the marriage is against her will, and she wants to live with me and marry me. We are confused at this stage because we cannot giveup, Kindly advice if she can file for divorce or Annulment or any similar method to separate from the marriage.

Respected Sir, No one can be forced to marry against their will. Forced marriages can be legally dissolved. In case of marriage consent is an essential condition. As of now you have following course of action to pursue – 1.Contact local police women's cell and file a complaint with details about the person coercing her. 2.File Domestic Violence case under PWDVA, 2005 and obtain a restraining order against family members involved in forced marriage. 3.Complain to National Commission for Women about her right to marry being violated. Please feel free to contact our law firm at your earliest convenience. Providing additional details will aid in resolving your issues more effectively. We are here to assist you. Hello sir/mam

As marriage is not done yet she can file a complain against her parents as her marriage will be performed against her will and this lead to violation of fundamental rights

And if the marriage is done then inorder to take divorce either mutual or contested divorce it will take time more than 2 to 3 years
