How to resolve conflict in marriage?

Dear Sir, My wife always keeps me threatening to leave me and also take my daughter away. There are no big issues as far as I know only she keeps blaming that my mother is destroying the relation ship. Thing is that I call my mother very often when I am out of the house or when me, my wife and my daughter all three are not together. But from my side I don’t create any nuisance within all three of us. I take care of all household expenses by myself . I help my wife for household stuff when I return from work. I have been sharing equal responsibility of my daughter since she is born. My wife is from Delhi and I am from Mumbai. After marriage she stayed in Mumbai for 4 years. Then she said I don’t want to stay together with your family. We moved to Japan. Now as I want to move back to India considering my daughter’s education,
