1. Is Marriage agreement in Notary Paper valid for applying/obtaining Marriage Certificate from Marriage Registrar Office? 2. हैलो सर कानून के अनुसार नोटरी पर शादी वैध नहीं है आपको शादी की पूरी और पूरी प्रक्रिया के साथ फिर से शादी करनी होगी और पंजीकरण के बाद अदालत में अपनी शादी को पंजीकृत करवाना होगा|
अदालत आपको वैध विवाह प्रमाण पत्र जारी करेगी जहां जैसा कि आपने कहा था कि आप दोनों को दूल्हा और दुल्हन दोनों को अपने हस्ताक्षर के लिए वहां उपस्थित होना होगा और साथ ही दोनों पक्षों को गवाह के साथ विवाह रजिस्ट्रार के समक्ष उपस्थित होना चाहिए।
Hello sir as per the law the marriage on the notary is not valid you have to marry your again with full and complete procedure of marriage and get your marriage registered in the court.
After the registration is done the court will issue you the valid marriage certificate where as you asked you both have to present there for your signature both bride and groom and also both the parties along with witness should be present there before the marriage registrar.
