Is it legal to enter a live-in relationship before divorce?

Hello, I need to ask divorce procedure with my wife who is staying away from me since 3 month and we were not in physical relationship since 8 month though lived in the same roof. We were repeatedly had quarrels and fight over small issues since our marriage. She is having severe anger issues and have dominating nature due to which we had regular conflicts. In anger she even slapped herself and often threatened me to commit suicide. Last year due to these circumstances our family told us to have a baby and we had a baby in April, 24 but during this period and till now nothing got normal. Now she is living with her parents since Sep ‘24 and I told her to get divorced as I need to move on in such toxic relationship. Kindly suggest what to do in this situation and even kindly suggest can I live in relationship with other women to whom I will marry without divorce?
