Is there a specific procedure required to wave off 6 months period in mutual divorce?
We got married in Feb 2022 and now looking for mutual divorce. Marriage is registered in Kanpur Nagar. Is it possible to get wave off of 6 months from Kanpur or do we have to appeal for it in Allahabad high court ?
