Issue with parents
I am 25 and recently have started earning and it's very less pay since I am a fresher. My parents took a bad loan to purchase home as investment and I wasn't involved into this decision and I had no idea about it. Now they are overburdened by the debt and they want me to pay this loan. My name is also not in the home they purchased and I don't want to pay for the mistakes they made. They are mentally torturing me on a daily basis to make me pay and taunting me for everything. They are threatening that if I don't pay up they will make a police complaint and make me leave the house. I want to know does such a law exist?

If you have not taken the loan or you are not the part of it then you are not liable to pay the loan and if they are threatning you then get a criminal complaint drafted against them and send it to the concerned police department and sp office
