Considering your age, you cannot enter into a marital relationship, but you have an option to stay together through live in relationship.

Hello mam,
As per your query your age is 18+ but the age of your partner is not 21+ therefore you can not have your marriage solemnized, you have to wait till the age of your partner become 21+, but as you both have attained the age of 18+ you and your partner can stay together in Live-in relation and get a live-in agreement drafted.
