Null declaration of marriage
Sir, I need legal help for seeking null declaration of an inter- religion marriage. Marriage was conduct in Delhi and registered in ghaziabad in 2015. After Arya samaj conversion of Muslim girl. Girl left immediately after registration of marriage under hindu marriage act. Then never come back. Agreement was signed therafter between parties in 2019. Then no contact with girl. Neither whereabout of the girl is known. I am seeking for null declaration of this marriage from ghaziabad court on ground girls never converted or converted for marriage only.
