Regarding Second Marriage Eligibility
Can I get married in Canada as a PR profile , while my divorce period is in process in India. ? I have done divorce on stamp notarize. Degree certificate is yet to apply after 1 more year. Christian marriage act does not allow to file for degree without 2 years of separation after divorce. Kindly help me.
