Regarding Section CRPC 41 A subject and mentioning 498a, 406 and 323

Hi Team, My wife has been seperately living past 2 years and now she raised a police complaint where in i received a notice from police on subject 41a crpc streedhan mentioning all mukadama number and 498a, 406 and 323. ideally this is all false allegations, however all her assets have been handover to her as she did not wanted to come to my home. now she has taken back complaint in writing in police station, but my worry is that is this a FIR ? if yes then as she has taken back complaint but police says she has to visit court for hearing then it will be taken back completely. how i will know if when court will ask my wife to visit there ? do i need to worry now and can i ask police on this who sent me notice earlier ? also she asked for filing mutual consent divorce in court so we have filed it but i am worried about the complaint /fir which she raised .
