What are my legal rights to contact my daughter after FIR?

My spouse has file a FIR against me under section 498A. Now she is staying with her parents from and block all my number. How to talk to my daughter daily. What are my right.she has not filed divorce case. She is telling me she will file more cases against me and my family to pressurized me for mutual divorce. She is asking for maintenance and compensation etc always. I am ready to accept her but she only wants to stay with their ill parents who require more care. Their parents had misguided against me and married life adjustment etc. she is very aggressive behaviour and abusive language nature. She is non working lady but her parents have extra money and property.
