What can be done if someone is falsely accused of criminal trespassing?
A member of my family has accused me of criminal trespassing on her private property. However I visited her place only to check her address for arranging delivery of some items belonging to her that were in my house. She moved to another place and could not take the items at that time. I stood on the road and spoke to the security and did not enter her premises. I had called her a day before for the address but she gave me an incomplete address. I have handwritten notes of the address and also a relative who was with me at the time of visit. Although I did not inform her about my visit to her place. Just wanted to verify the address and was standing on the road outside the gate of the housing society. How can I prove my innocence in court?
