What can I do after filing case under Sec-498A ?

I am a Muslim and we did Qazi nikah, after marriage, husband started beating, and vulgar language with demand for money. I have a 9m old daughter and I am currently at my father's residence as I felt threat there. I have raised sec 498a IPC and after this, my husband has sent me first pronouncement of talaq via notice. He claims that he will also send another notice where his visitation rights are granted. He said he will send 2nd and , 3rd pronouncement of talaq in a weeks time from the first.
