Distress warrant issued against me for paying the home loan of 24L in one months. I m not staying in that flat which belongs to me and my father. My wife stays there. What can police do against this warrant? Do they have the right to visit off and ask for payment? I am a pvt sector employee. What is the next action I can take against that warrant?
