What can I do if my parents are forcing me to choose a career which I’m not passionate about?

I'm an 18 year old girl. I decided to not to go to college because I want to become a content creator. My mom hates that idea. It'll be an year in March since I completed my 12th. My mom told me to give my phone back to her next month ( March ) because she bought it. I won't be able to do content creation if I don't have a phone right now. What should I do. Is it legal for my mom to ask me to give my phone back to her? Please help. It's my life.

Ma’am, It is better to follow the instructions of your parents as they are your well-wishers. You can choose to follow you passion along with your studies as higher education will enhance your skill for the same. If your parents paid for the mobile phone in any way then it is their right to take it away for any reason.
