What can I do if my parents just lock me in a room and takes all my freedom?

I am a 24 year old woman. My parents keep me locked up at home. I am not allowed to work, socialize or even open the door and windows. It's been like this since one year. When I asked them they say that I am mentally retarded and they can do whatever they want because they're parents. Sometimes my mother abuses me and calls me prostitute and that I want to seduce men even though I have never in my whole life done anything of that sort. What action can I take to get out and become independent.
