What can I do if someone doesn't give my money back?
I lent money to my big mom for interest...after few months I stopped receiving any money & its been a year....I have to pay it to someone....I took a bank loan from her & i am paying EMI...can i consider it as a settlement and stop paying the EMI??? What issue will it cause me??
