What can I do if spouse refuses for divorce?
I am a Muslim Man, I want to take talaq, I was married 1.8 years ago and never ever the girl came to my house since I was forcefully got married. I want to take talaq but the girl is refusing and I want to marry the love of my life. How can I immediately proceed for talaq and I don't have any Nakahama and the Qazi is refusing to give Nikal Nama as well because he is from girls side. How should I proceed. should I marry my gf without knowing my wife and continue divorce process. Can my wife file a case against me if she gets to know that I am married again with my gf.
