What can I do when my husband tortures me?

I hv suffered domestic abuse mental torture in uk from my husband and came back India with my children on doc advice. Filed a case in mahila commission but I am not happy with their judgement as I couldn't go to park with children with husband with my reason there and was was waiting for the date to explain it but they scolded me and told father to meet 2hrs against my wish just in one week instead of giving me sometime to understand everything and then get ready for this Am I alright to withdraw the case citing the reason or it will be harmful for me and children? My husband is torturing m here too. Please very urgent. Kindly help. Want to know also how to proceed further.
