What happens if I do not attend a court hearing in divorce?

Few months back I got divorce notice from high court. It was mentioned in notice that if I fail to attend court they will declare result in my husband favour. At that time I didn't have specific amount which my lawyer was demanding. Is their any way to know if I am divorce or did husband took the case back.

You can check the court records. The court will keep a record of all cases that are filed and the decisions that are made. You can contact the court and request a copy of the records for your case. Another way to find status of your case is to check the online case status system.
