What happens if respondent does not appear in court for divorce?
Sir I’m Krishna, marriage held on 2005 and 2011 wife file false 498 where i got acquittal. Then she file 125 maintenance case judge order 10000 per month 3000 for her 3500, 3500 for two daughter .then i filed section 9 & win Ex-parte put up section 9 execution but she did not come then i filed divorce petition but she is not ready for the same what to do?

Sir, if she fails to come on the date of hearing then court will issue summon in her name and failing to which the divorce will be considered as ex-parte. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
