What if someone marry without divorce?
The mutual consent divorce petition is filed by My Advocate in the family court. The hearing date is fixed only on June 30th 2023. My husband married another woman in before the hearing date without getting divorce. How can proceed the case? Will he be punished? My husband influenced my advocate and & I have no money to pay the fee. So I would like to proceed the case myself ( vakalath) without any advocate. Is it possible for me? Should I get NOC ? Should I give a request letter to the judge for it? Kindly let me know is this possible ? Can I demand a part of his property for our daughter and study &marriage expences in the agreement for settlement?
