I and my husband got married in 2021 but got separated in 2022. We don't stayed in marriage more than one year too. Later on my husband send me divorce notice. In counselling we both agreed to give divorce and my husband is ready to give me one time settlement. I want to ask in my case i have not stayed more than a year in marriage. How much amount of one time settlement will i get.
