DEAR SIR I HAVE A FAMILY DISPIT WITH MY WIFE I HAVE CRITICAL asset issue 1) I have a bungalow on my name , I paid EMP through my NRI account. Now loan is clear a) My wife name is there as co applicant as per low of Indian government b) The property worth 80 lakes 2) I have two flats worth around 40 lakes a) But both flats are on name of my wife , even 100% I paid the money through my NRI account , all through bank only. Now we want to separate She saying that her name is there in bungalow, she will not live it Please advice as I don’t have any , property other than bungalow, on my name in case of divorce can I have it on my name? She is saying that she will transfer other two flats on my name which I am not agree.
