What is the jurisdiction of bigamy case?
A second marriage took place in Bellary town without giving me a divorce. Now I am in Hassan district. Will the jurisdiction come in Hassan to put the case of bigamy through PCR? Some people are saying that the jurisdiction does not come here because there is a second marriage in Bellary.
