Respected Maam, You can file for divorce under the Special Marriage Act in India. Following Steps have to be followed. 1.Petition: File a divorce petition in the family court. 2.Notice: Serve notice to the other party. 3.Counselling: Attend mandatory counseling. 4.Statement and Evidence: Submit statements and evidence supporting grounds. 5.Hearings: Attend court hearings. 6.Decree: If satisfied, the court grants a divorce decree.
